I booked for 1 month. Great place, near bus station but the building is not easy to find. You must enter like 100m to a small road to find it. I foundnit after the second search.

I have 4 points that I like about this place 1) they have a big bed 2) they provide fridge in each room 3) securities are available 24/7 4) people who work there are super friendly I feel so safe staying there There are cameras everywhere They have 2 gates, front and back The back 1 they always lock it we have to call them to open for us The front gate always open and there are at least 2 securities available there People who work there are super friendly and helpful What I don’t like is that the area isn’t that in a very quite area Room isn’t as new as the 1 they posted on internet Wall need to be painted Got lots of stain When I entered the room at the beginning it stinks … mostly like man sweat smell They should always spray Bathroom were dirty I had to clean it by myself like so much Lots of small cockroaches The shower water don’t come much And the hot water for the shower isn’t that too hot enough They set each room with maximum voltage I brought my own kettle to make hot drinks too bad it made a black out when I tried to use my kettle

The location of this property was near to Rajawali Station. The security guards were stand by here. The room was big enough for standard double. TV and AC worked well. There was also a refrigerator here. The improvement point was they should pay more attention to the room and bathroom cleanliness. Hairs found on the floor and bed. Bathroom need to be brushed.

Oyo cancelled our reservation while we were on our way there by train. We arrived exhausted around 9:00pm, only to be told we couldn't check in, even though the room was still available (they asked us to re-book online - at 3 times the price - we refused, having the booking confirmation). We were made to wait in the lobby for the Oyo team staff to sort their reservation problems out for more than 2 hours. As for the room, we woke up to pouring rain outside, which was of course leaking into the room onto the bed and floor. Our bags got wet. But hey, the bed was comfy, there was hot water and the A/C worked. Still, you should probably do yourself a favour and stay away from here.

A house which is used for 'kost' and hotel. The price is cheap enough. Near Rajawali Station, you just need around three minutes to walk to this place. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The room is clean enough. The water heater and air conditioner work well. No lift here, just stairs, so it's better not to bring too much stuffs. Around ten to fifteen minutes from here, you can find JiExpo Kemayoran. This place is also near from Mangga Dua, Dufan, and Ancol.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
