The rooms cannot make it! So different from the pictures online! I even saw a baby cockroach near the rubbish bin the next morning.. i only drank one can of soya n cockroach came…🙄 Not coming back here ever. Sorry. I requested for two extra towels to cover my pillow so i can sleep better.. the bedsheets n pillows looked dusty…🥲 we came here to reckon to try other hotels as we only spend few hrs to rest.. ended up in disappointment.

Happened to stay there while I was visiting JB. Near to JB center and City square mall (3 min grab drive 9 ringgit). The kept a deposit of 50 ringgit (which was returned at checkout) + 10 ringgit tourism tax (if you are not malaysian and non refundable - this is not displayed at the booking site - I used agoda). Rooms was fine. You can't expect high quality like a luxury hotel here. But the room was fine considering the budget. AC worked properly and there was a TV in the room. Attached bathroom to the room. No balcony. They had kept towels, showergel shampoo also. Didn't like the cleaning chemical smell coming from the bedsheets and towels though. Suggested if you are looking for a quick stay at a affordable price.

Like some reviewers, I checked out after less than 30 minutes because the photos online and reality are so far apart. I have stains on my bed and the room felt old and musky. There was The hotel corridor also felt a bit eerie.

Horrible place, the bed super dirty until I need to put towel on top to sleep, and aircon super dirty, like never clean before. Never even return and stay here again. If you want to book or stay here better think carefully.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
