DO NOT BOOK this hotel through AGODA. Yesterday, we was denied to enter the place since they are not working again with AGODA. We arrived almost midnight and we we were devastated to see that the place did not accept any AGODA or other booking from 3rd party. They still can be booked even through AGODA today but when you visit their hotel, they would not accept you.The hotel should turn off and contact AGODA so no more customers will experience such a devastating experience.

I’ve stay in here for 1night The location is easy to find it Near halte bus transjakarta ps.cempaka putih Near restaurant and some food like fried rice, bakso, mie ayam, nasi uduk, etc. The room was big enough But in my room, the door of toilet is broken. Cant closed And the room not clean enough. Its so difficult for me . Because i have allergic and very sensitive about dust. In the middle of night i cant sleep. No lift in here Easy and fast to check in. U must pay deposit Rp 100.000,- and will back after u check out. Overall was good for stay Terus tingkatkan pelayanan dan kualitas

Disappointing service. Not recommended to stay at this place during the covid pandemic. My wife tested positive for covid. Submitting a cancellation to the hotel, told to apply to travel*ka. Info from travel*ka does not have the authority and the hotel does not approve the cancellation.

The location is very strategic. Close to Yarsi Medical Faculty, ACE harware and a traditional market. Have a very competitive price. The room was smelly (seems to be lots of people smoking all the time in the room), on which the only negative side of this place. If you are sensitive with smoke. You should find somewhere else.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
