        It is the most unpleasant hotel experience for me. During the check in, the woman staff is rude by blaming the customer because of the room is fulling booking. It is not customer’s fault since the system still accepting the booking. No towel is provided and washroom is dirty. The hotel environment at second floor is so terrific, looks like “dark” area. There is also a customer smoking in-front the room with open door. During the check out, no staff available and need to wait 15 minutes for staff wake up from the sleep !!

        Room not tidy, I can smell the cover n blanket are not properly cleaned. No tv, no phone functioning. Dirty floor, no towel n shower gel/shampoo prepared once check in. Have to ask from the receptionist. Helpful receptionist (ganesh) thank you. Dirty bathroom with hair n not cleaned sink. Oyo have to improve their hotel franchise otherwise, no more trying your hotel. Thank god it just meant for sleep. Even though ur cost of staying are cheap but don't take things for granted. Wish better stay in other OYO premises

        Im just check in here last night with my husband..We get a room no.112 but the door cannot close tightly and we feel unsecure so I decided to change the room.. reception guy change to room no.111..We get very horrible room..They promised in the webs that will give a clean linen and cleaness toilet but this very disappointed me😡..They give a very dirty bed sheet and dirty toilet..This room looks like somebody have using its before we entering the room..Toilet have a lot of cigarette butts inside and under the hand washing sink..Toilet bowl pump also faulty and its difficult me to flush the toilet after using..Towel also not provided for us..Luckily I brings my owns.The mattress also not very good in condition because you can feel a hard spring when lay down on its👎..The window curtains also never change,have so many dirty spot on it .They provided up to half used mineral water to customers😡😡.. They also not returned back my I/C when check-in.I notice it the next day..Overall for getting a star,your hotel are disqualified from us..Its make my sleep restless due to noise from outside my room..Lucky we only spent one night here..I will never come back and stay at this hotels again..And will not recommended to anyone to stay here.

        DO NOT STAY HERE! It is dirty, many things don't work. The rooms do not look anyway near as advertised in websites. Lousy service, lousy quality rooms, no toilet paper, little water running out from the taps, fire alarm going off in the middle of the night and all. I could not bring myself to take a photo of the room. I also regretted not reading so many negative reviews of this hotel.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Hotel Cancellation Policy
          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel.           Modification and Reschedule Policy
