I have just checked out of the hotel because of the sorry state of rooms and owner and staff's behaviour. The rooms are neither clean nor have any proper facility. 1. Washrooms are very small and dirty. 2. Flush was not working. 3. Bedding was not clean. 4. Behaviour of staff was not good. 5. Service was not good. 6. Food is verrry costly. The only thing in favour of this hotel is that it is just 1 km from pashupatinath temple. Certainly would not recommend this hotel at all.

We are going to visit pashupatinath temple after that we search hotel at all surroundings we don't found best hotel to stay, every hotel has poor management, poor parking space. Congested spaces. Finally we arrived that hotel we found very familiar environment, good maintenance in every aspects, after that we can brith easily. Price than other hotel is comparatively cheap but they provided us break fast also We are very happy from their service.

Bad service I never ever expect from Oyo brand, we have booked room around 8pm, while booking only we have asked for towels in rooms but we haven't received till morning whi h we have to start for PashupatiNath darshan for early morning which not for us because of their service. Also we have came down at reception personally twice but someone was sleeping at lobby he said after 8am staffs will come and you will be get required things But till checkout we haven't received towels in the rooms after infomed at reception Manager Never ever recommended for this hotel in future. Bad service experience after booked with 1800NPR

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
