Only booked this 3 star hotel for its location. Should improve its management service. The management should have staff available on the night shift and day shift. Once the night shift ends the day shift doesn't start till 12pm. That's just ridiculous. Horrible. No staff there till 12pm...🤦‍♀️ Room is poorly maintained there was used sanitary pad inside the toilet roll keeping place 🤦‍♀️

The room is poorly maintenance. Hard to open the room door, no lock in washroom, aircond remote got no battery so u cant chnage the temperature, room untidy and dirty. The staffs also isnt friendly. I dont recommended staying here as for me with all of these, rm63 per night is expensive compare to other OYO hotel.

Air-conditioner bad! Room not clean enough! TV only 1 channel clear, others suck! Window's locks broken! Floor Tiles not even! Got light bulb not functioning! WiFi not functioning! But, toilet still okay.
