Stayed at the Wisma Lux between 8th - 11th October, arranged through booking.com Staff do not speak any English. So keep this in mind if a foreign traveller. I had a lot of luggage one item of which. Very large, 7ft ling and 30kg. There is no elevator. So I had to haul this up the stairs by myself. The staff offered no help at all. When entering the room. It was not prepared. No bed sheets. No towels. The rooms are different to those in pictures. With different bed sheets. You'll have a blanket instead of a quilt for example and in poor condition with damage to walls etc. Much like a lot of the budget stays around Indonesia, the Aircon had been tampered with, meaning it doesn't blow very cold or very strong. The free WiFi won't reach your room, so forget any Netflix and chill unless you wanna mix it up at reception. There is a mosque next door that calls out at 3 30AM, so if you're expecting a good night's sleep. Forget it. The showers were an odd situation. Where I think the hotel ran out of water or there was a blocked pipe. Water would regularly stop flowing then abruptly gush and spray out in an aggressive manner. Avoid this hotel like the plague, book elsewhere.

Really not recommend for all people who want to have a rest after working trip because in my experience there are so many problem when i stay in there, such as room smell of cigarret, didn't get a blanket, the AC not cool, and very disturbing neighbour room (teenagers) which having party until 02.00 am.

Room smell of cigarettes, no blankets, one towel (I was with my colleague), not soundproof rooms to the point I can hear the neighboring room chatter and doing party, no elevator, no helping staff, no toilet paper, not family and businessman friendly, not recommended at all!

Order here by oyo app. Bad service everr! I have number 102 for my room from app, but when I arrived the room full booked with someone else. And Iv got twin room number 306 that really cheaper than deluxe and different from deluxe. But my money not refund. Bad.

The room was big and had a fridge. The wifi was hopeless and the shower didn't work. Location was brilliant.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
