Rooms are okay for the price, since its budget friendly you wouldnt expect a nice clean vibe room. Service- Front desk is polite, my room was located at top floor, so its hard to get up if you have big luggages, luckily they will help you carry your baggage. Location- near to all NAIA Airports, but its quite bit far from main road, and a taxi or grab car will need to squeeze inside narrow road, and in rush hour it will be more harder to navigate inside going to the apartelle.

For people who are in a tight budget and want to have a decent stay, this Apartelle is for you. This is the 3rd time I stayed in the place and its good. They have airconditioned room and comfy bed. The place is also close to food stalls. Its clean and safe.

Going in and out was crazy. It is back the crowded local market. Better you stay here just bring small packbag so that it is easy for you to walk around. I got canceled by Angkas and taxi car because of the location.

Towels are hard/crusty, no fabric softener used. Stains on clean bed sheets. Room is not wiped down or cleaned thoroughly .

The toilet bowl is too small. They always turn off the water heater during night time. The place has no parking space. No guard.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
