        The rooms are not tiled at all.. Fed up when open the room door.. Not clean and dusty everywhere.. floor mat has a bad smell.. Please upgrade the hotel. Thank you

        oyo is 3 stars hotel, the room quite small and the duvet should be change often, it smells a bit. they should add soap and shampoo instead of handpress soap that we usually found at the washroom to wash our hands.

        The hotel did not meet my expectation. 1. Hotel doesn't have elevator, if your room at 3rd floor, you still have to climb up by stairs 2. We have book deluxe double room but the space is really small, just left a little walk way for you. 3. The room is smelly and have a lot of spider web!! Yucks.. Bedsheet is dirty too. This is not acceptable for me. 4. I have request to change room but just more better abit, at least doesn't have the spider web. 5. Yet, the another problem is the heater is not working well. Also when taking bath, the water can’t be drained immediately. 6. Air conditioner sometime works and sometime doesn't work. Even we adjusted the temperature by remote control, the temperature still same. 7. The reception willing to help us solved the problem but not friendly at all. Hence, with this price I recommend you to find a better hotel. I really disappointed after step in the room.

        Price: Cheap Location: Reasonable. Might need more walking for visiting to more areas. Cleaniness: For budget hotel, it is quite acceptable. Just a bit unreasonable to have other customer underwear hang in the toilet before next customer checking in right? Workers: Short-handed. One of them quite rude as we arrived late and keep question about our attendance even we mentioned our arrival time. Conclusion: Service to price is reasonable. You might find better hotel with better offer than this.

        Likes: 1. Affordable. I got RM30 via OYO Rooms. 2. Adjacent to numerous local eateries including the local's famous dish, Asam Pedas where I counted 5 restaurants with this dish. 3. Less than 2 minutes walk to UOB, less than 2 minutes walk to a saloon and self-service laundry, less than 2 minutes walk to the night market and Menara Taming Sari, less than 10 minutes to Dataran Pahlawan and less than 20 minutes walk to Jonker Street and St. Paul Church. 4. Functional aircond, heater and wifi. 5. Ample parking lots during non-peak hours. 6. Very nice and polite female receptionist. Dislikes/Area To Improve: 1. Room can be cleaner. 2. Toilet can be cleaner. 3. I booked deluxe single room. It was a small room so those with larger frame is not recommended to book. I would say those with petite frame is able to feel comfy (bare minimum). 4. Occasionally, the brilliant and colorful trishaw will make trips around the hotel so had to bear with the loud music noise.
