One of my worst staying experience @Jakarta, SUPER NOT RECOMMENDED! First, they trick you. In almost every booking apps, the price range is around 70-120K/room, I then booked using OYO with 75K and once I arrived, they charged you additional fee, mine was 180K in total so additional 105K (add another 50K and you can get a decent 3-star hotel, what a scam). Second, the room is just awful. It lacks basic amenities, No AC remote, not a single TV channel works, only pillows (no bolsters). The entire space had an unpleasant odor no ventilation, and dirt could be found everywhere. The room is also too small, lights and AC can only be switched on/off through the MCB station. Then the bathroom is worst than the bedroom, water heater is not functional, water even leaking badly (see the video), it's totally rusty and dirty, and again no ventilation in the bathroom as well. Third, staffs were not friendly at all. I don't think they know basic hospitatily skill. They could not even explain why there is price difference between the app, they are claiming it's their internal SOP & decision. Their office number are not even working, tried to call them prior booking, yet not a single answer. Last, if anyone is planning to stay here, double please with sugar on top, read the reviews first, or else you'll regret like I (and many) did. Only good thing is their location is strategic, nothing else.

Not really pleasant experience, the room got a lot of mosquitos, every night i will hit at least 8-9 big one. the room quite small, and bed sheet looks very old and dirty. My 2nd night, the card key cant be used, and they dont have anyone to reprogram the card. Ended up passed me the master key of the building, such a dangerous act. One good thing is their aircon very cool and hot water work perfectly despite of the bathroom kinda smelly and slippery. Oh and night time, many access to the place are blocked, its quite confusing. Their wifi also quite bad

just check in as per today but this is the worse oyo I’ve staying. kamar sangat gelap, kamar mandi kotor, air panas tidak berfungsi, lembab sekali dan the bed sheet is the worst. found blood stain on the bed sheet. can’t even sleep.

A guesthouse converted to hotel rooms. Tiny rooms, no place to even stand & dress up. Wi-fi sucks, mosquitoes in the room, no house keeping, prices too high in comparison to 3 star hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
