Room and service is a DISAPPOINTMENT! Reception is manned by the security guard and some Male Staff whom you cannot determine if they are hotel employees as there is no ID or Uniform. The room is DIRTY and NOT WELL MAINTAINED. The bed mattress is just covered with a thin bed sheet. The blanket is also a very thin linen same as with the bedsheet. The pillows has a foul odor and pillow covers seemed not changed as some hair remains are still there maybe by the previous guest or not laundered well. I need to put my own towel on top of the pillow before I used it. I felt some itchiness while resting. Bath towels has stains. Dust can be seen on top of the furnitures indicating that it was not cleaned before I checked in. I even waited for an hour outside before their official check in time which is 2 pm but when I entered it was really a disappointment. I wanted to move out but I had no time to do so and the weather was not good. The cabinet floor should be repainted. The faucet in the washroom sink is not working. Toilet bowl cover should be cleaned well including the bidet. It just needs well cleaning and it will look good even if it is old. Refrigerator is dirty and not cleaned at all. I need to clean it first before putting some food. Kettle has stain that looks rust. I never used it and the kitchenwares. Electrical outlets should be covered. TV is just national coverage as it is by GMA affordabox. No CABLE. No free Wifi as advertised. The balcony overlooking the city skyline is a great view to behold however it seems it was not cleaned for a long time that you will not even dare to hold the railings. Nevertheless, LOCATION is excellent as it is near Makati Avenue, Gil Puyat and Buendia Avenue. Nearby restaurants and fast-food chains are accessible. Though some bars are just nearby that can be disturbing at night. Overall, the cost which is affordable and location which is accessible is a plus point. They should however put significance in the COMFORT of their guests during their stay.

The location is great however i had a horrible experience on the first night, I didn't expect i got that kind of room 807 it seems like storage of the unused appliances, no hanger available also i experienced itchiness when i sleep on bed dunno what the cause if caused by dust or the chemical used in linen,you can feel the string on bed when you lie down. But good thing the 2 kuya the guy whose on duty is very responsive and attentive in attending all of my concerned, he lend mo a comforter to used and requested to change room so far they accommodating to find me available room to stay with my comfort on the second night of stay. NO WIFI CONNECTION AS ADVERTISE. Thanks to 2 kuyas whose in charge in assisting me during my stay here. Also the second room they gave me on my second day of staying has the great skyscraper view of bgc at nigth. More things to improved specially on room 807, address the foul smell of the room . Hope so next time i willl never experience same scenario of my first night staying at bel air soho.

I stayed for 3 nights. Customer service was fair. Room was dirty. I already expressed my disappointment the moment I stepped in the room, but the staff said they will transfer me to a different room the next morning. The next morning came and they said they didn't have a different room for me. I wanted to check out but it's already my registered address while I'm in the city. So yes, I sucked it up and stayed. So stay at your own risk.

Weird place. No signage and is not OYO. Something way off with this place. You will not be able to find the place cuz it doesn't exist. Instead it's called Bell Aire Soho but you pay under OYO? I had to wait at front door of hotel for 10 minutes until someone came and got me and said I owe 1500 peso and not the price I reserved it for. The tv has 3 channels, the end. No trash bag in bins until I opened a drawer and saw the full trash bag in there...im not kidding! Yes, roaches were scampering on counter and bathroom. No WiFi codes were given so you need data of your own. All these amenities for 1500 pesos...again, No Joke😭

bed is itchy, no soap, no shampoo, no tissue, no towel, cant determine who's incharge cuz they wont introduce properly with id, they wont explain anything properly, no receipt as well, i felt unsafe, the only good thing about it is the location. Every thing else is below average. never going back to this place

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
