        Just the worst hotel room I've ever been to. Not towels. No new soap. Gave me used soap. TV is not working. The water pressure are to damn slow. It's like a piss coming out of the bidet and the sink. The room are so stink. Like they never change the sheets. Not gonna lie, I've been to a better hotel for the same price. Ya'll are cheapskate. The only good thing is the air-conditioned. Lol. Never coming here again forever unless for emergency

        Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The reception area has no aircond or even fan. So the receptionist is sweaty and stinky all the time. The room was very bad, cockroaches everywhere, sperm n urine stains at the bedsheets, the bathroom door was shatter but repaired with duct tape. They didn't even bother to clean the toilet bowl and wipe the mirror. Feels like a sleeping in an abandoned hotel.

        Even for a basic boutique hotel I think basic hygiene is important for any type of business. There was literally 2 guys working at the whole hotel. No air conditioning as we were walking in. Went there for the purpose to shower and change and go out again, we couldn’t even do that because the tiles of the floor were so dirty, the soap they gave us was dirty and dusty, can tell that no one uses it, the bedroom smelled so horrible, there were spider webs all over the bathroom and there were stains on the walls at the side of the bed. I checked out within a few minutes after looking at all of it. And while checking in, the guy at the front desk was not so friendly as well. I don’t recommend at all.

          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
          Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.
          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
