        I'm so tired that I can't use the online bank. I have to find an ATM to take cash. I went down and up again. The price I ordered was RM88 but I took RM90. Even though the difference is small, it's very disappointing.

        ⚠️ Pls save your money & don’t stay here! I booked a room for 3 nights— didn’t get the room I booked as the staff said they have given it to someone else 🤷🏻‍♀️. The room had a cockroach the first night, I couldn’t sleep. 😵‍💫 We asked for a NON SMOKING room but the room they gave us was sooooo stinky of cigarette 🚬 🚬!!! We had to buy our own room spray but it didn’t help 🤧 Nobody cleaned our room. No reception staff at all so it means anyone can go in and out of the hotel 🤷🏻‍♀️ Worst experience ever. Will never book cheap hotels like this again. We moved out after staying 2 nights after we found a better hotel.

        I have never experienced a worse hotel. Please avoid it if you can. Stinky (by cigarets smoke and without any chance to open a window!!) and dirty room. Feeling unsafe with a very weak lock on a door. Non-existent staff and non-answering phone line you could complain to. I left the hotel prematurely and I even had not any chance to ask to return my money because there was simply no one in the evening as well in the morning.

        Budget friendly hotel. The room is smaller than expected plus only got 2 sockets (unless it's located somewhere that we couldn't find) for a room with two queen beds, but that's not a deal breaker.One big advantage here is there are a variety of restaurants nearby. Yeah one more thing. First I booked this room on Booking.com, as it has an option to let me book and pay later once I've arrived. And free cancellation too (which was handy as it's a raining season so afraid the trip might be cancelled). But once I've arrived at the property, the lady at the counter asked me to cancel the booking on Booking.com and book again at the counter. It's a bit weird but I did it nonetheless as the new rate (RM 125) is cheaper than the one listed on Booking.com (RM 131).

          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Hotel Cancellation Policy
          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
          Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.
          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel.
