Booked the room to stay for 4 nights in total. Arrived hotel, but nobody there to check us in. Went back to the hotel the next day hoping can check in, unfortunately there was nobody too. Tried to contact hotel many times no answer. Funny part is they do not want to refund my money even it’s their fault (Well i just got mine after trying so hard since 15/12/23). My advise if you happen to book this hotel but cannot check in, take picture that you’re arrived and email it to your booking channel. Keep follow up with your booking channel like i did also pls take as many prove as you can if you cant check in. Don’t let this scammer easily take our money!

It was my first time staying in a hotel room all alone. I booked for two nights and thought it will be okay but I stayed for one night and left the place because of unexplained disturbances at late night. Think twice before getting the rooms here. Best if you bring a friend along but try not to stay alone in here. If you do choose to stay here, knock before entering the room and be respectful of the place.
