The good and positive of this is hotel is a good place to check in after long road , comfortable and clean room . Very secure hotel with access card. Easy parking . Aircond is totally cold . Quite place . The disadvantage and negative part is , The pillow is smell so weird somehow and disgusted ( never change or wash one I guess ), the water pressure on toilet is too slow .

After we enter this hotel room, this hotel room got mold smell and sleeping on the bed can got itching. When we go down to our car, the lady worker sit on the chair and when she saw we carried a lots of luggage, she pretended don’t know and refused to help us open the door. Definitely worst!

So far okay just for urgent stay in. Clean and comfortable. Theres air cond and wifi function well. No toiletries and towel.

Staff are not at the counter upon arrival. Been asked to make payment at 10.30pm when I already gone to bed after she came back to the hotel.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
