As other people said, the price was different from the one shown on internet. We eventually end up paying 250k for a room that didn't even have wifi, and they "forgot" to say that, after that we insisted for a discount and we got 50k back. The place look fancy, with a swimming pool ecc. But it lack of facilities, the water pressure was awful and we had just one towel in two which was all ripped. We just wanted a cheap clean room. Don't be scammed they will charge you more.

Nice hotel/kost well located in South Jakarta. 5 min walk to a convenient bus stop that put you in the center in 35 min. The rooms are nice, clean and spacious. Aircon works well but there is no facilities as kitchen or water. Also pool is closed... It sucks that you need to book with oyo apps as they change the price all the time. If you could book with them with flat rate would be better.

This residence is located remotely far from the main street. The inner streets are really confusing which not showing on gmaps. So you need to guess which street is open to get the location. The street from the location is rather small and only small sign of Airy Room (which i ordered this place before). The place seems changed in the function from themed resting place to be small cheap hotel for standar room. Give thanks to the employee that the owner did not inform my transaction since it was in the middle of night. Ho chose not to make me stay without any further instruction because i did not have anymore energy to complaint or call the owner. He gave me a BACKUP room which near in the end of side aisle of the property. It is really far from the lobby. The room is really old (sorry for not taking photos since i was exhausted n my battery phone were dead which need to recharge). The old nuance here can be referred to creepy and antique. The furnitures, smells and even the bathroom is nearly in a bad shape and not changed to modern one. I was not aware and only need to get sleep but here things got really creepy when i noticed small one door refrigerator beside the bed and decided to open it. It was empty and smelled really bad. I noticed some fungus already filled the space and quickly to close it. When in bathroom to wash my face, i opened the door but the water sprinkle suddenly open itself and poured small water to the floor. Those moments really gave me a chills on my spine so i rather be sleep. Yet, i couldn't sleep because the bathroom door suddenly open and there was a chirp sound coming from outside and knocking on my window. I stayed awake until morning that day. In the morning, i just say thank you to the employee but i did not complaint what happened last night. Since the price is so cheap maybe i got what i deserved but hopefully the owner take a serious thoughts on the comforts of the customer since the residence includes to the online booking hotel that near Central Jakarta.

Very nice room for backpacker. It is about 10usd here. It has big wardrobe, 4x4meters room. TV, refrigerator, dresser. It's very cheap and comfortable. It also close to many restaurants and offices. It is very recommended.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
