1st, the location in Google Maps is wrong and misleading. 2nd, I've made full payment in Agoda for my booking, and I was supposed to check in only when I showed up, but the counter asked me to pay more as the rate in Agoda wasn't their room rate. Requested Agoda to cancel my booking and refund. Wasn't a good experience at all

Seemed nice enough from the outside, but turned bad when I went upstairs. The hallway was dark and damp. There was mold on the walls of the room. The shower was broken. They were quite pleasant about giving me a refund though. Bet they are used to it.

This hotel is not worth booking, if you want to book please think again 1. The room is dirty like a goat pen, the walls are full of mold 2. Dirty & smelly toilets, better gas station toilets 3. There are no towels 4. The AC doesn't even feel cold 5. The contents of the desk drawer are only cigarette butts, like they have been used by someone else. 6. Dirty bed sheets and blankets 7. There is no TV And the price was also not appropriate, I had paid in full but was still charged when checking in. For parties from Oyo Coolz Homestay Tebet. Pay more attention to the condition of your hotel. It would be better if this hotel was closed and torn down and then built a new one that would be more comfortable for customers, and also with different management & employees. Because the current management and employees are not suitable to work and handle this hotel.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
