Stayed last week on 25Nov²³ Service ok, room ok. The bathroom is sufficient. Wifi is very slow With a smart TV you can Netflix, but you have to use your own account and your own WiFi if you want it to run smoothly. Towels available. There are no toiletries. Water dispenser outside. Price one hundred thousand.

I was really disappointed with Oyo, I ordered a Deluxe Double Room for 2 nights from 1-3 November 2023, but when I confirmed there, they said it was full, I couldn't do it anymore, even though it was clear to Oyo that the room was for sale and I had already paid in full. and unfortunately it's non-refundable for the reason of the discount, even though it's not the consumer's fault but it can't be done. This is called fraud, yes, the room is sold out but it's still being sold and the discount is being lured to trick you. Very disappointed with Oyo because this is my second experience. I was in Jogja once with the same problem.

This time the intention was to defraud property. Last week I booked here via the Agoda apk, when I wanted to check in the receptionist said that this property was no longer working with Agoda in a curt tone. Because I had already paid, I asked what the solution would be, finally the receptionist suggested that I contact Agoda CS to refund my money. After I contacted Agoda CS, he got confirmation from this property that I had been relocated with them, even though in fact THERE WAS NO RELOCATION AT ALL! Since at that time I had already booked elsewhere, I finally sent proof of booking at another hotel to Agoda as proof that if I wasn't relocated by this property, I would book elsewhere and pay again. Luckily, after a long drama, my money was refunded by Agoda. I swear I wouldn't recommend this place, the service is as bad as it is bad!!!

For that price, it's pretty worth it and the waiters are also friendly, the only downside is that you have to prepare your own toiletries and the location is in an alley/residential housing area. The rest is okay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
