Very nice greeting from a gentleman receptionist. Room extremely small but clean. Several flights of stairs to climb to get to room, particularly with luggage, though I was offered help with that. Shower took around ten minutes to come on hot, though much quicker in the morning. Hair drier did not work. Followed the power lead down to the plug, which was switched on but hanging out of the wall. Did not wait for breakfast as needed to get away early, so can not comment on that. Good location with nice people and a low price. However, I would have to say that I would not stay there again.

Room was okay it was what you would expect for one night. We arrived early so asked if we could leave bags to which they said yes and we were able to leave our bags in the lobby which was unsecured. The room was okay tidy and clean enough. The shower was slow to drain but did the job. The shower and toilet room was very small and there was no working lock on the toilet as it was a sliding door but with a bolt lock. The one thing that upset us during our stay was that we were having a lie on one morning as we’d had a late night and a man was knocking on our door and he then said it’s check out time when we had booked for another night. Should he not have checked and know this already. He stated he needed to check the toilet and then proceeded to come in and check the shower, very odd. My partner and I then felt concerned about staying in bed as we did not want him or the cleaners to come in. Breakfast the next morning was okay limited conventional and only available from 08:00-09:30, wasn’t the tidiest but again did the job.

A short 5 minutes walk to Victoria Coach Station, walkable and not a problem even tugging large luggage. Rooms were small, not much to complain about as it is typical in London but could have been better if furnished with a bit of cosiness and better maintained and functional toilets.

This is by far the worst accommodation I have ever heard ever since I started traveling both locally and internationally. They never keep to their words even after having series of communications. The staff are rude and racist and they accused falsely and still never apologized even when they knew the truth. I was insulted, embarrassed to say the least. I managed to endure all evil racist treatment for one night and had to leave the next day. Thank God it was just for a night. I will never recommend such a place even to a stranger especially foreigners. Ps: these staff and management of oyo bakers are foreigners themselves specifically Indians yet they have this very nasty and dirty attitude. I rest my case here.

Room wasn’t ready on check on but they let us pop ours bags in anyway. Bathroom had black round the shower and something in the bottom of the toilet that wouldn’t flush away. No spoons with the mugs and only brown sugar left. No towels although did get some when asked.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
