        We planned to see family, and chose this hotel mainly due to location and the fact that it has a free car park for hotel guests. We arrived on a fairly rainy day, but was pleased to see plenty of parking on arrival - We walked through to reception and after a short wait, we were being checked in. It's all a bit old school - I got given a written receipt and we got given some bits of paper to confirm the families breakfast choices (one for each of us!) Other reviews have mentioned the 'maze' to find your room... the kids loved this..! When we got to room we was pleased to see it all set up as needed. We did wonder what the noise would be like as our room was at the front of the building, but actually it was pretty good. Beds were comfy and we got a fairly OK night sleep. The room itself was perhaps a bit dated and 'rough round the edges' but it did exactly what we needed. The hotel booking came with complimentary breakfast - this is either seated down in the small restaurant area or they will package it up as a takeaway option for you. We went down at 8.30 and it was quite busy, so a bit of a wait for food. Its all cooked and then served to your table - although hot drinks (tea / coffee), cold drinks (apple / orange) and a couple of options of cereal were available as self serve - although as it was busy it wasn't being maintained quite as quickly as perhaps was needed. The breakfast itself when served was fine. Staff at the hotel / breakfast were all pleasant, and we were on our way swiftly on check out day. If I could give the experience a 3.5 I would, but to be fair with the location and parking it has swung into a comfortable 4 out of 5!

        Taking into account the price you pay, it is not bad at all (I normally pay around £55-£60 with breakfast included for a single room). But... I am happy enough with very basic rooms, and I even like outdated decor, but I cannot stand lack of cleanness. I often cannot quite tell if the room has been cleaned or not. Apart from old dirt in carpets or bathroom tiles that has obviously not been dealt with for years. Some rooms also have an awful smell, that you get used to, but it certainly puts you off at first and make you question the cleanness of it. Cleaness is the reason why I only book this hotel when I cannot find anything else within my budget in this area. If they improve cleanness, I'm sure it will pay off. Other than that, staff has always been friendly and flexible. Breakfast is basic but fine. The free car park is another big asset if you are driving, not may hotels with it in London.

        We have been in London for 4 days and we chose this hotel for the price and the proximity to the metro station to go to the center of London. From that station to more or less everything we saw in London (Notting Hill, Camden Town, Trafalgar...) it is about 40 minutes. The hotel was quite good, and the room surprised us. During our stay we were very comfortable and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast could be a little better, but to have something for breakfast before starting the day is not bad: cereals, milk, coffee, tea, juices, and a plate of eggs with a sandwich.

        I’m really happy with my experience there, polite staff, really nice and helpful. Room was great, had all I needed, location is great to get to the train station is 10 min walk and is a quiet and lovely area. Breakfast also really good. I had no issues in my whole stay, definitely going back when I’m next in London for a solo trip!

        I recently stayed at Boston Manor Hotel and had a mixed experience. The room was clean and comfortable, meeting my expectations for cleanliness and hygiene. However, I was disappointed by the absence of an iron in the room, which would have been a convenient amenity. Another aspect that left me wanting was the breakfast arrangement. Unfortunately, there was no continental breakfast option, and the cooked breakfast had to be pre-booked. The limited choice in breakfast options, with only "English breakfast" available, was a bit restrictive. The free parking available for the guests is a definitely a benefit.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
