Place is clean. Utensils are good cos we can cook light foods here. Joanne and her team is so helpful and responsive. When comment, they will take fast action. Studio is very good, very big, can fit 5 people. it just 2 things i would like to suggest. When clean the room, just spray air freshner or jst leave 1 air freshner there. I requested and Joanne gave it. 2ndly,i saw the comment about the bed. The bed i slept on, i can felt the spring already, perhaps it is old matress. Another bed, i am not sure because my cousins slept on it. I hope it will be changed for the next customer. This place quite far from food place, can drive out or take grab.about the noise, i dont think its so loud. Manageable. Pool is so nice, good place to take pic and swim. Lift has no prob. Guards are helpful. Smooth check in and check out. Thanks so much to Joanne and team.

The apartment was stunning. Both the restroom and the room were spotless. Don't overlook the scenery either. I can see the mountains from where I was staying, and it really makes me feel very peaceful. I don't think it will be difficult to obtain meals there because it is next to a restaurant.

We had a pleasant stay in this unit. Self check-in and check-out processes were quite smooth. The unit is on the 14th floor and we liked the interior design. You can cook your own food in the kitchen. There's a Jenga game, the big screen smart tv and the balcony to read and enjoy the weather. The weather was quite cool, mysty, the road visibility is 10 meters, a quiet place and the atmosphere is like in a horror movies (so exciting!). In short, it was awesome experience!

Very clean and spacious apartment. We rent an unit run by the host, Kenny, on weekdays, very happy with his service and the place we stay. Recommended! Location: very convenient, there are restaurants and convenient store nearby. You may find delicious food and daily necessities less than a km from here. Price: Moderate RM485 for a 2 rooms apartment Service: Friendly and very responsive Cleanliness: 4 stars Parking: Free parking will be reserved for you, or park at visitors' parking lot.

The residence area was quiet, perfect for a get away from the city. Though everything is great and all, the location is bad. If you wanted to get a grab or taxi, good luck. Grab will keep you waiting for an hour or more and taxis rarely show up at the premises. Mostly due to how damaged the roads are due to construction vehicles making its regular routes through the area. So, if you wanted to stay here it is best for you to have a car.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
