        The room we acquired was not very clean. When the neighbors flushed the toilet, raw sewage smell would come up from the shower drain smelling up the whole room. I asked for a refund as we couldn't possibly stay in this place but was declined. Stay somewhere else at all costs.

        Horrible experience. I would have given zero stars if I could. Me and three more people visited this place few days ago. We decided to ignore the fact that the guy at the reception didn't make us feel welcome from the very start. When we arrived in our rooms my brother has used the toilet discovering only later that it wasn't flushing properly, making it impossible to use. He then proceeded to have the most unconfortable and cold shower ever. When we asked for assistance, the guy at the reception couldn't be more careless and helpless. He was very rude to us, blaming us for what happened to the toilet and telling us that he considered that water to be hot. He also flooled us making us wait for a plumber that has never arrived. We decided to leave immediately and he also refused to refund us. Please avoid this place at all cost.

        As soon as we arrived at the “front desk” if you can call it that way, a very rude employer/manager/maintenance guy, didn’t welcome us and couldn’t find our reservation. After a little struggle he didn’t provide any infos about the parking space or anything else. The room was dirty and the bathroom was broken in all the possible ways: no hot water and just a drip, the flush was a bluff. So we called the manager who told us to wait for the maintenance guy but never showed up. he didn’t provide any other option for us so we had to leave immediately. He also refused to refund us. We were there to celebrate Halloween and the nightmare started at OYO Hotel.

        The hotel sucks and the service is really bad. The only positive point is the location. Also, there is not Wi-Fi in the bedroom that are at the end

        You are right in the middle of Playa del Carmen 🥳🏖️ The room is simple, but therefore worth the price. You are close to the Playa del Carmen Beach and also in the middle of downtown Playa del Carmen. The ADO bus station is around the corner. The view from our room was of an inner courtyard. However, the price was unbeatable for that.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
