Best Hotel I have ever been in! The staff are amazingly nice everything is nice and clean and the rooms are modern and beautiful. The restaurant has superb food and everyone is super helpful. The location is amazing and only 5 minutes away from the centre and right in front of the sea. Definitely will be my choice any time I'm in Newquay.

5 star service from reception, room service and the restaurant. Lots of variety for breakfast, delicious meals and warm drinks. The Chef truly loves what she does, its clear in the presentation of the food and creativity of the menu. The wait staff were so friendly and catered to our needs so well. Rooms were made up everyday and all the essentials needed were in the room without us having to ask at all. Laundry service was a breeze too. I was truly blown away with the modern, classy atmosphere of this hotel. My husband and I enjoyed our stay thoroughly. Thank you so much for such a memorable stay!

Absolutely comfortable place to stay in Newquay. The staff are so kind and pleasant and they really went out of their way to deliver the best service! The breakfast was very well prepared and served. A variety of options to choose from their menu for breakfast. The location is so convenient as it is in close proximity to the train station, ASDA supermarket, restaurants and beaches. Definitely our first choice when we visit Newquay again!

Good location as is very near to tye beach and town centre, the rooms however were claustrophobic, at least the one we had. Hopefully they have rooms bigger than a double bed, ( I will not try to find that out again). A change of carpet is very urgently necessary too 🙈. Otherwise staff was nice. Restaurant area was the highlight.

The most wonderful experience. The staff were SO kind, accommodating and helpful. The cleanliness of the hotel, it’s perfect location and delicious food makes it one of the nicest places I’ve stayed in a long time. 5 stars and will be returning!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
