The hotel is located quite close to Ipanema and Copacabana Beaches (less than 800m), which is the most positive point of the Hotel. Also, the staff is quite nice and polite. But the location is at the beginning of the hill with a favela a few hundreds of meters ahead. The motorcycle traffic is huge with a lot of noise of horns and engines all day and night long. The surrounding is not clean (and also stinks) and it includes the part of the hotel "garden" (or inner unused parts), with garbage and not maintained at all. The hotel building maintenance is very bad. There are rusted handrails on the stairs, broken paving etc. It is not accessible at all. Not recommended for disabled people, elder or very young childs. The elevator seems to be out of order for quite some time already and you must take at least some steps to get to the rooms. The rooms were not small, but the bed was very bad, uncomfortable and noisy, with the sheets not covering the full mattress. The breakfast is simple, but OK. It is close to good locations, but the actual hotel location is not good and the maintenance is very bad.

Good price and don’t expect anything fancy. 24-hr front desk and English speaking staff. Breakfast (7am starts) has good selection. Slow elevator, noisy AC and street if you have the windows open. Shampoo and conditioner are cheap quality so if you’re picky, bring your own.

The location is very good, near to Ipanema Beach. The breakfast is okay, but nothing special. The rooms were very out dated, not as clean as you may expect from a 3 star hotel and very old equipped. I would give it not more than 1 star. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Great staff! So helpful! ...for the room itself, it wasn’t clean. Had to be moved once because of the state the room was in. Shower didn’t work. The pillows had stains and the floor was so so dirty... Great location though!

Place was dirty and host was not very helpful. They couldn't even help me with basic tourist information. They charged me for a lot of extra items. The room for not appear like the pictures. I was put me in a little bed I didn't fit on and when asked to be moved got charged a lot more. Area is not that safe. I would never go back.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
