        Had no issues, room was great and clean. Everything was in working order. I’m seeing other reviews complaining about the noise but I didn’t experience anything outside of the norm for NYC hotels in my 5 day stay (even compared to much more expensive hotels). Staff was super friendly, check in was easy, check out isn’t until 12 so that was great. Location is amazing, the street it’s on is very touristy and very very safe and just a couple hundred feet from being directly in Time Square. Honestly for this price the hotel was well above my expectations.

        Be very careful, Upon check out I asked if there was anything I needed to do, i was told no, the deposit will be returned in 3/5 days. I have just returned home and been charged the smoking fee/alarm went off cost. Funny I emailed the hotel to all mangers and two staff got back to me with pretty much a template email and a document showing the alarm going off. Even thou I have provided evidence that we actually were out that day on the tour bus. I also raised concerns of the smell of smoke that we could smell on 2 occasions to the front desk and security and the hotel dint say or do much they still are not sorting the matter out and have referred me to bank to deal with. Front staff are nice and helpful but thats about it.

        After seeing some of the negative reviews we were a little nervous for our stay at OYO but we were pleasantly surprised that we had no issues at all! We stayed in a room with 2 queen beds, and it was small but we already knew that as we had seen the dimensions but we actually had a little more space than we expected to move around. There was a closet that we easily stored our luggage in and the room was updated as advertised. Daily room service was offered which we only used once and everything was kept very clean. Biggest rave is the staff, everyone was so nice and accommodating! Efron was super helpful in helping us get our luggage to our room and set up rides with our plans & was very gracious when we accidentally gave him a wrong time and even provided a new ride after our mistake. Would definitely stay here again!

        Horrible experience. The only good thing is the location. The room was not the cleanest. The light fixtures and blind was broken. The bathroom floods all the way to the toilet when you shower. The bed is maybe 14 inches off the ground and hard! The elevators are tiny and usually only one works at a time. You can only access the stairs to go down. Not up. Several weeks later we are still waiting for our deposit back. BEWARE DO NOT STAY HERE!

        The hotel had everything we needed for our visit. It is ideally situated, the bed is comfortable, the room was cleaned to a very good standard everyday with a more than adequate shower. The elevators were a little problem for me as I can have attacks of claustrophobia. They are tiny and one was out of order for the majority of our stay. I used the stairs to the sixth floor on a few occasions as the working elevator was over used and crowded. However we would definitely stay again and would recommend to our family and friends
