The sheets should be changed, because there are lots of stains, for the others it's ok, I'm planning to go back to Jkt for Eid al-Fitr, maybe it could be an alternative stay. thanks

Strategic location. The review about roach wa true. Cockroach lingering on my bedpost. The fact that i have a chronic fear of roach didnt help. Book here for the price and the supposedly pool. But didnt get to enjoy the pool at all.

Hi owner, it's not about bad day. It was my objective valuation according to common hotel standards. The problems are : 1. We spotted a lot of huge spiderwebs in the corner. 2. No necessity in the bathroom. 3. My family were going to take a swim in the pool after review the pictures in the website, but we had to forget it after seeing the pool's condition.

HORRIBLE experience ever staying in this oyo. How come they name it Super OYO when the quality of the room is awful. So many cocroaches in the bed, in the bathroom. There are some dirty spots on the bedcover, dirt on the corners. You could check the photos n vidoes I uploaded. I didn’t ask to change the room ‘cause that might be their room STANDARD. The amnesties and small towel as bathroom mat need to be asked, otherwise they don’t give it. Absolutely would not recommend to stay here. You better find another place eventhough with higher price. Good thing having nightmare, once in a lifetime, you might wanna try it 🙂

Clean room, no bottled mineral water but they do provide water dispenser in hallway, no soap in bathroom though. Found some small bugs beside my bed and some in bathroom. Need to deposit IDR 100K upon check in, and refunded at check out. worth the price to stay overnight

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
