        The stuff were so friendly and helpful a Star for them ⭐ The the room was clean and the bed was cozy It was winter when I booked the room, it was so warm. The location is great, near to the city centre, and stone's throw from the queen square bus station. I only had bad experience with the elevator, when it's decided to broken down and I had a heavy luggage, the staff helped me in this. I also did not like the window view, and there were annoying sound all the night.

        Had an overnight stay last night. I booked this as a surprise for my partner's birthday and I am so disappointed. Our room was tiny, so much smaller than what I was expecting based on the photographs. The room wasn't clean, the floor was filthy and covered in stains. The toilet had an alan key in the bowl at the bottom. There were wrappers left round and a dirty sticker on the worktop. The bedding was cheap, woke up to it being half off. The bed was hard. We were on the ground floor it was so chilly and noisy, our view was a leaky gutter. I am so dissatisfied as I paid £155 for this one night stay. Wish I'd booked a hotel.

        It's 02.46 am on Friday 27th December and I'm supposed to be tucked up in bed but instead the fire alarm has been triggered by someone. It has been going off four 20 minutes now and the receptionist has no clue how to switch it off. Even more alarming( pardon the pun) but the fire service hasn't turned up, so one wonders if this fire alarm system is hooked up to the emergency services considering it's a hotel. Poor Poor Poor . I would not risk my safely and stay in this place nor recommend it to anyone. The alarm continues blaring 🤨😡😡😡😡😡

        The location is good but the room is quite small and not very comfortable. Most of areas in the room were not clean at all. E.g.: - It didn't seem the bed linen has changed from previous guests before us. Saw hairs still on the bed. - Bathroom is not clean - Sticky floor everywhere - Dirts in all kitchenary - Room said No Smoking but there is a smell in the whole room - Called staff but no one responded

        Shower was cold, toilet didnt flush, no hanger rail in wardrobe so unable to put clothes in. Room very thin and small. Hosts have completely ignored our request for a callback after asking when we checked out. Do not stay here its terrible!

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Hotel Cancellation Policy
          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
          Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.
          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.
          In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
