Stayed here for 5 nights and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Pool is great for both adults and kids and there is a back gate (for guests only) which takes you out on to the road leading straight to the beach which is very convenient. Rooms were very clean and the cocktails at the bar are good too. Location is very convenient, very close to Kata Beach and Karon Beach.

Pool is family friendly and has wonderful kid slides. Walk to beach is short and pretty clean. Restaurant and buffet is not good, but whole area lacks good restaurants. The only super convenient thing is it is easy to enter hotel ne in tourist pickup location apps. Neighborhood and most of hotel is exclusively Russians. You will be lucky to hear any Thai staying here.

Good: - the breakfast food at the restaurant was very very good - the pools were fun for my family. - there is a spacious room near the lobby where there is computers, sofas and a big pool table. The balls for the pool table have to be collected at the reception desk.🎱 - location is good - Layout of the building is good - Rooms have balcony and the room is spacious. Not so good: -the temperature of the water in the toilet is a bit unpredictable. One second it is hot and the next it is cold . Summary: Facilities are good and room is relatively good. Love this place!

OZO Phuket is a good looking new hotel for families with young kids, well maintained and well run. There are two small pools with toboggans, and a bigger one, which is 1-meter deep, for kids too and their parents. There is a full-size family buffet breakfast. Rooms are really on the smaller size, many of them with a wall view or by the main street, so the value is not great. In my opinion, this is not a hotel for singles or couples, except maybe for a short stay.

I recently stayed at OZO Hotel in Kata, Phuket, and it was an absolutely delightful experience, especially for my family. The hotel truly stands out for its kid-friendly atmosphere. One of the hotel's best features is its proximity to the pristine beach. It's just a short, pleasant walk away, making it super convenient for beach outings with the family. It's great that the hotel is located near 7 eleven, massage shops and a scaled down kata very own night matket was a just a stone throw away too. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. The hotel also offers a variety of activities that are great for kids like movie night and water plays which gave us parents some much-needed downtime to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Overall, OZO Hotel in Kata, Phuket is a fantastic choice for families looking for a blend of comfort, convenience, and fun. I highly recommend it for anyone traveling with children . We'll definitely be back!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
