Very good location...very close to the main street . Amazing hotel staff. Shafaq who manages literally everything at the hotel, helped us with every bit of our queries. She was of immense help to the whole group . Rooms were spacious and super clean.

This hotel ia Amazing. The hotel is in a perfect location and your close to everything. Everything is walking distance. If you need a bus/taxi/or street cars, they are walking distance to hotels.The reception are truly amazing and they help you with everything you need. They guid you to amazing places. Inside the hotel is clean and they clean the rooms every day. I would 100 percent come back to this hotel in the near future.

Very centrally located hotel, Eminonü and Galata are in walking distance. The room is nothing special but it has all the basics and its clean and for Istanbul standards quite spacious. Especially the staff was very welcoming and lovely. Definitely would stay here again when I come back.

First of all the location is nice and close to public transportation although it was so busy. Besides this advantage, there is a BIG BUT in the following. The room was smaller than I expected, we had a bathtub with water leakage and not clean. The kettle for hot water was changed two times and at the end we didn't use it. The room walls were so thin. And not good internet connection. The room was not cleaned on time and I have to call the reception for every service. Not again ever. The staff was nice in general but not cooperative.

Medium hotel have 5-6 floors the rooms not too big but clean, staffs are so nice and helpful for everything. The hotel have elevator for 2 peoples also serve breakfast 7.50£ per person. First floor have the history about turkey have see easy by safety mirror. Beautiful

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
