The room was in ok condition, I suppose. The toilet door hinge seems to have a problem when opening and closing, there was a dent in the wall and it seems that heated water is not available when showering. The bed was extremely hard and firm and uncomfortable. I had a very bad sleep until I found some additional sheets in the cabinet and cushioned parts of my bed. The receptionist does not speak English and there was some issue when booking the room through an app. Had to wait a few minutes and it was tense not knowing if I would have a room to stay in when coming late at night. I eventually was given a room however, and the matter was sorted out. I do not recommend this place for international travellers, though I guess the plus point is that it is cheaper than other places around the area. I later stayed at a more expensive hotel and I think it is much more worth it to pay more in comparison.

We booked this on Airbnb for four guests only for 2 nights, when we turned up they then said that there was only one room booked that could only accommodate two people, we were then asked to pay for a whole additional room when they even admitted themselves that it was their mistake. On top of this the owner is very rude, shouting and screaming at us and did not want to help us at all. I’d save yourself the hassle and book one of the many other places available in Hanoi, if a half star was available it would be given.

Didnt even have my reservation after I booked way in advance. Terrible experience with this hotel - March 23rd update: Followed up with the hotel with proof of my failed reservation. I look forward to your detailed explanation as to why this oversight happened. Thank you.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
