Having read mixed reviews I was initially apprehensive but having now stayed, I can confirm that this hotel is outstanding. Our room was large, high ceilings, airy, had a super king size bed, power shower, fridge with drinks, air con and a large window. The view from the roof terrace was simply outrageous. You could see the Colosseum, forum, pantheon, st Peter's basilica and it directly overlooks the stunning Palazzo Venezia, as well as a perfect, uninterrupted view of the Rome skyline. It's open 24/7 and you're allowed to take your own food and drinks up there. Location wise the hotel is sat slap bang in the middle of Rome making it a great hub for seeing all the attractions. I seriously can't recommend this hotel enough.

The hotel is really centrally located and is close walking distance to a lot of museums and attractions in Rome including the Forum, Trajan's market, the Vittoriano monument, the Jewish ghetto with kosher restaurants, gelato, and bakeries, historic Roman synagogue and museum, Teatro Marcello, the Capitoline Museum, Palazzo Doria Pamphilij, the wax museum, the Crypta Balbi, and the Bonaparte Museum, etc. We had excellent service at this hotel from the staff. The hotel has very large rooms and the interior is overall beautiful. They serve breakfast at this hotel and have an elevator. There is even a panoramic balcony on the sixth floor that you can see the back of the Vittoriano and some Roman rooftops. I would definitely stay here again.

This place has been my favorite out of my time in Italy. My only real complaint is that we didn't book all our Rome nights here. The front desk service has been the most helpful and polite we've had yet. If you arrive early they lock your bags away from public for you as well, so no worries. Breakfast is farely basic compared to what I'm use to in the USA and some other places but that seems to be the normal thing around here.

Wife and I stayed here and plan on returning again next week. Loved this hotel. Lots of character, friendly staff (let us check in early and check our bags while we roamed the city on check out day), AC in rooms, very good breakfast included and apparently a rooftop terrace that we can not wait to check out next stay. Last but not least the location is unbeatable. We were able to reach every attraction by foot. Definitely recommend.

Well first of all the internet connection is horrible, why do you put WiFi if is is not working? And it is so easy to improve, just add more modems and increase the speed. The hotel has the worst breakfast which I have been seen in my life, even average 3 star hotel have bigger choices to provide. No vegetables at all, just tomatoes, poor choice, just boiled egg as a choice, really ? And if person does not eating egg like this. Ok, you will tell me that Italians don’t eat to much at breakfast, just coffee and croissants and that’s it, but the coffee, make it at least decent, if not a good one. Coffee was terrible , soluble Nescafé which no one even can taste. Impossible to drink. Ordinary bread. The juice also diluted with water. Cheapest musli and that’s it. Shame. Room where clean, at least.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
