        The worst experience I've ever had with a hotel. First, when I checked in they gave me a single bed room even though I had already booked and paid for a double room. I complained and proceeded to claim for what I booked but the staff was rude and they gave me no option as they said there was no other room left. The room wasn't clean. I saw some bug in the bathroom and towels and sheets were not clean either, it seemed as they were not replaced with clean ones. Bed sheets had some stains and there was an awful odor coming from the bathroom. Dreadful hotel with unprofessional staff. Don't book rooms here and look for better options.

        Just checked in - ground floor room, tiny bed with sinking in mattress, some smell (not awful but still), and BLACK MOLD in the bathroom (on the walls and celling!)... also bathroom floor is not that clean and my pillow had somebody's long black hair inside the pillow cover thankfully not outside. Everything looks old, reception guys seem nice, let's see how they will respond tomorrow to the mold situation. UPD I raise one more star up for the very nice guy at the reception who seemed to honestly trying to help and showing compassion. Turned out our room was an upgrade that we were not told about at the check in time so the only change we've been offered is a tiny tiny room. And we decided to stay in ours (cause the mold was only in the bathroom)though I'm not very happy about it. They promised to do a proper clean up of everything. I appreciate the effort. UPD2 after we came back the room was aired properly (I thought it's impossible to open the window but they did it) and the ceiling of the bathroom was quite clean which is way better. Also they left us an apology letter with bottle of wine and chocolate. Very nice of them.

        How thoughtful! Me and my partner loved our stay here. He called ahead to say it was my birthday and when we got in the room was decorated and littered with presents and a card from housekeeping! I would say, if you're staying here bring earplugs - our neighbours luckily weren't noisy but sound travels so easily through the corridors. Some of our towels were stained but with my rose-tinted glasses fresh off the birthday gifts I didn't really mind! Thank you again Paddington Court Suites!

        Can’t beat this location for convenience from Paddington and Hyde Park. Very walkable with plenty of great, hidden away restaurants and bars nearby. Rooms are small but perfect for short stays and very friendly staff

        This place is in excellent location for convenience to Paddington Station and the Heathrow Express. Rooms a little tight but common for London. Staff was nice. Breakfast fresh and fair priced. Short walk to Hyde Park.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
