Gorgeous building, the amenities are great. Room is clean, high quality, and bed comfort can not be beat. My room has amazing view to Hon Gai beach, also Sun Wheel Ha Long is sparkling at night. The hotel location is near to beach, around 2 mins walking. A place is quiet and peaceful, suitable for family resort tourism. Although not much restaurants around, but these quality is good and cheaper than Bai Chay. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help. I forgot my watch in room and the staff sent it back to me to HaNoi with no cost. Enjoy a moment at here, thank you so much!!!

Great hotel. Not to far from main part of town about 3 km, but still far away to have a good night sleep. Good food options around the hotel is even a small convenience store one street away behind hotel. Staff were amazing , very helpful. The beach is 5 min walk and the view of the rocks is beautiful. You can hire a bike from the hotel just to go for a ride, but please be careful

Great customer service! Staff were very attentive and responsive. Before arriving, Chloe was prompt to respond to queries about the spa booking. Spa and massage were amazing too. Staff also surprised us with welcome fruits and cakes! Hoai (Hailey) was fantastic in answering queries about nearby places and arranging our transport to Tuan Chau International Marina for the cruise. Great sea view from the room. Room was clean and spacious. Hoi Gan Beach and Winmart is just behind the hotel. Family owned restaurant, Bun Cha Huyen Vu sells one of the best Bun Cha, just opposite the hotel. Tuan Chau International Marina is just 30mins away for the cruise. Hope to be back!

The shower floods the bathroom when showering and the rooftop bar does not exist. Worst experience at checkout. We were charged 144000 Dong (6 USD) per teaspoon which was missing in the room. Also 140,000 for missing flip flops which means they also recycle the flip flops for all their guests 🤮. Completely unheard of experience, especially from a hotel claiming to be five star.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
