STUNNING! From the history to the architecture to the rooms to the service, not a beat was missed. This is what I imagine when I want luxury accommodations. The highlights were the plaques placed throughout explaining the history of everything down to the mail chute. The staff was top tier. The valet and bellmen where characters and so fun to chat with - the front desk made check-in easy. I appreciated that they took the time to remember my name and used it throughout my stay. It made everything feel more personal. Housekeeping and room service also went above an beyond. Beyond that the location is perfect for getting around the city. Very close to the Trolley and safety wise the area was good. (for what you can reasonably expect in a city of this size).

Great location. Central to everything. They messaged me before I got there to tell me they upgraded me to a larger room with a market street view because we were celebrating an anniversary. But when we got there they downgraded us to a normal room with a view of an office building and alley. Kind've a bummer. Shouldn't reach out and make a big deal about an upgrade if there's a chance it could be reverted. The restaurant is... Jaw dropping. Even if you don't eat there, go see it! Most beautiful ceiling in all of San Francisco. But to be honest the food isn't that great and very expensive

Had a delightful experience at Palace Hotel during the Christmas season! The Burrata Salad was a burst of fresh flavors, and the Tea Time was a festive treat. The holiday ambiance added magic to the dining experience. Service was impeccable, making it a memorable festive escape. Highly recommend for a cozy and indulgent Christmas retreat. 🎄✨

The hotel itself has some amazing characters, historical amenities, elegant decorations, and friendly staff. Joey was super nice and upgraded us for free, if his manager can see this, please consider to give him a promotion :). However, there's a also big BUT. The room is apparently outdated, as you can see the furniture is totally worn out. Also, please find someone to clean up the dust from AC on time. As a franchise of Luxury Collection, the management should pay more attention to details.

I was visiting my family staying there today. The front desk is very polite. But there’s a man staff yelling at us while we sitting at the lounge area taking out our foods saying that we should not eat at this area. First of all the staff wasn’t trained properly to talk to the hotel guests. It was a very bad experience to us. How did he make a assumption that we wouldn’t order anything! Other staff were nice but only one seems not trained properly!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
