There is double deck bed in my room and I only use the lower one. There are tv, a/c plus heater, mini fridge and very good WiFi and a nice window view in room. The communal toilets and showers are very clean and well maintained. The hospitality is flawless.

I was a 21y/o Taiwanese GAKI and visited there in 2019/12. The granny (hotel owner) is friendly and speaks fluent English. Her handwriting was much amazing than mine. But I still remember she said mine was like 王羲之's hahaha. That was really big compliment. The shower rooms are clean and every equipment is clean and working well. The bedroom is also clean and quiet. And if there is no fog, you can see Skytree on the street straightly. I got a nice memory there. Thanks.

My favourite hotel while in Tokyo. All the staff very friendly. They all provide kitchen so can cook. Wifi also good. Highly recommended.

From the customer service to the location and price of hotel stay, this was a great first stop to make on my trip Japan. I recommend staying here, especially if you have a friend because some rooms do have two beds There’s a convenience store right outside, and a train six minutes away.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
