        The host and apartment here was great. Very friendly and courteous service. The host met us at our car, walked us to our room and inspected it for cleanliness and that it had everything. He made appointments in advanced to send in cleaners and restocking. It had a full stocked kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, all bowls, glasses, utensils, water boiler, coffee and tea. There were slippers, robes, towels, soap, shampoo, razors, shaving cream, and everything else you’d need to live. The neighborhood is very quiet and the restaurant on the first floor is excellent in quality and price. One of our best meals of the trip. The balcony is beautiful with wooden furniture. The host gave us maps of the area, recommended places to go, and responded very quickly. The Ubers are plentiful and cheap from this location. 5 euro to get anywhere in town. Should I return I’d stay here again for sure.

        Was the most friendly, relaxed and helpful atmosphere near the beach with a private pool. Will be staying here next time for sure. Food is great in the café too. Stay here if you want to go for morning swim in the sea then go for drinks and swim in the evening in beech bar it's perfect and not noisy or full of kids.

        We stayed for only 3 nights and it was more than perfect. The apartment, cafe and swimming pool are clean, private and staff are super helpful. You can tell it's a family run business. We were going on a tour and too early for breakfast but the girl insisted on us taking lovely fresh croissants with us this is just one example. It is so close to the sea too so you can walk down for a swim any time of the day. I will be staying here again when I go back to Split.

        The apartment was very nice and everything was brand new. The view was very nice and the walk to the beach was just a few minute walk down the hill. The parking was plentiful which is really awesome, as a lot of hotels do not have parking available. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast and coffee were good. I would recommend it!

        The number one reason for a 5 star rating is the amazing hospitality. The staff is very responsive and goes above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. It is a short walk to the beach and a short ride to the harbor area by the palace.
