We were at El Dorado in November, 2023. It was simply amazing. The food and drinks were delicious! The resort is small and has beautiful vegetation throughout. The beach is kept very clean and if you go to the left, you can walk quite a distance on smooth white sand. Service was outstanding. From the concierge to the beach attendants, everyone was smiling and helpful. They even decorated our room for my fiance's birthday. Nightly entertainment was far beyond what we expected. It was a great feeling being on the beach in a safe secluded area watching and listening to the evening entertainment. We most certainly will be back this November.

I had a great time at this resort! I was very nervous and did not know what to feel as I read reviews and made my selection. This was my first international solo trip as an adult and I feel like I got lucky with this resort. January seemed to be an off season but I loved it. Felt like I had the resort reserved to myself most of the time lol it’s a small resort which made finding my way around easy. Right on the beach and many pools throughout the resort. Room service is basic but doable. Restaurant food was amazing for the most part! Room was nice and spacious (junior suite). They did cute things for my birthday as well. Special shout out to Octavio, Alexander,Chris, and Hazel. Great staff that added enjoyment to my stay! Also concierge service was great and helped set up everything. Worth checking out!

Spent ten days at El Dorado Maroma and we loved it. The rooms are beautiful, the staff are so kind and helpful, everyone from your greeting at the front desk, to all the restaurants, bars and beach staff. The food was amazing and every meal was an experience to remember. Maroma beach is the nicest beach we have been been to in the Mayan Riviera. It is a great long wide flat beach and great for walks. We will definitely return.

Stayed here for two weeks in October 2023 on our honeymoon. Highlights included the location, beach and the restaurants. We were looked after especially well by Diego (Little D) at the pool and beach bar. We stayed in one of the infinity pool suites which I would not recommend, the room was tired and in desperate need of a refurb, we also had to contact reception and concierge several times for issues with the air conditioning. The whirlpool bath is very loud and not relaxing, and the shower was broken however the bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of storage space. We didn't have much engagement from the entertainment team, they seemed busy with other guests the majority of the time, we also weren't made aware that we could go to the other El Dorado hotels or that there was a shuttle bus to nearby areas, we found this out from another guest on our last day. We would return but would choose a different room type unless the infinity pool rooms had been refreshed.

The beach and views are amazing. The property is lush and emaculant. My room is huge with all the extras. Mini frig stocked with favorites. Food options for a picky eater have been excellent, and food has been hot, fresh, and delishes. Service has been nothing but amazing as well. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
