The service is so fabulous and food is very delicious. All the staff are extremely helpful and patient. The buildings and terrace are stunning! We would even like to stay there all day long! We highly recommended the Riad.

I highly recommend staying here! The riad was absolutely stunning. The staff were extremely hospitable and accommodating to our needs. They went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. My friend was not feeling well and one of the workers gave her a traditional Moroccan remedy to help soothe her throat. They were all super kind and helped us find our way around the area. The rooms were also very clean and the breakfast was sooo delicious! Overall, very relaxing and peaceful experience - highly recommend!!

Highly recommend staying here! This riad is stunning. Great friendly staff who were extremely courteous and accommodating to our needs. Mohamed, Othman and Hamza went above and beyond taking care of us. I was not feeling well and Mohamed, one of the staff gave me a traditional Moroccan herb tea to help soothe my upset tummy. I also needed some more cash the night before we left and was having trouble in getting the right ATM, Mohamed went out of his way accompanying us to the right one, solving the problem. The rooms were also very clean and the breakfast was delicious! Mohamed was attentive to our table ensuring everything was perfect, he was the perfect host. Inside the riad is unforgettable while relaxing and sipping mint tea in the courtyard. We will come again..Thank you. A special thanks to Mohamed!

Great hotel with lovely staff. We stayed here for 4 nights and enjoyed the stay. It is around 20 mins walk to centre of Medina so if you are not into walking this is not a place for you. Taxis can’t make it to this hotel so at minimum it is 5 mins walk fr nearest gate to the hotel if you come by taxi. We were given a small room on first day which was by the main road so a bit noisy so we were given bigger room for last two nights. Breakfast ok and varies slightly every morning. Have to thank Mohammad, Nadia and the team for everything they did for us

Unfortunately my experience at this location was not as expected. There is a front desk expected to be at the desk 24/7, which did not happen on several occasions. The drainage in the shower is poor which leads to severe flooding in the bathroom. When it rains, the roof leaks. Minor insect issue. The noise outside continues past midnight.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
