Entrance to the building is old and creepy. The entrance door makes a creepy sound when you open it. There are holes in the ceiling of the entrance (see pic). The elevator is old and creepy and makes very strange sounds. I walked in to the apartment to find the knob of the bedroom door pulled out and broken (see pic). Bathtub is old and rusty (see pic). Mattresses are the cheapest you can find in the market and bed support consists of a very basic support that moves all the time (see pic). The apartment hasvery basic and poor quality shades but No curtaons. Overall finishing of the apartment is very basic and poorly finished. The pics published on the web and and what i found in the apart are worlds apart. I proposed to the proprietors that i was not satisfied with the apartment and that I leave a couple of days early and they refund only that part they refused.

The most inconsiderate apartment owners we have met. We arrived at the apartment for a week with babies and they did not bother to update us that there are construction work at the street right below our window and a neighbor conducting renovations - both happening all day long. The children could not sleep. When we decided to leave due to the unbearable noise going from 8:00 - 18:30 they refused to refund us and give the us our money back. We slept in the apartment one night and we were charged for a whole week !! I do not recommend anyone to stay in their apartment - be advised!

The apartment was spotlessly clean. The administration whom deal with apartments are extremely helpful and accomodating. Very central. Apartment could do with freshen up but for those prices it was great.

My review is about the service and administrative staff; unprofessional, just think about the money, follow their politics that benefits them but not the others. Maybe they think that because they are in Barcelona and demand is high they can do as they please.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
