Whole building inside and outside has cloth worm and fruit flies. Gym open 6am not earlier making it difficult for working residents to workout before going to work. Visitors to residents has max 3hours to park inside otherwise will tyre will be clamped. There is no space to even park outside. It's like in prison. If disagree, residents need to pay overnight parking. Lack of signage on floors, building & parking. Clean surroundings. Good security. Not sure if the pool is being cleaned properly. Shops are convenient. Super location.

Great experience all-round. With temple's water to bless your iron carriage (car), clean toilets and most importantly, a great cafeteria for a wide variety of local snacks and delicacies. Plus. It's FREE! Enjoy!

I recently booked a last-minute stay at this place, and while the building and surroundings appear a bit run-down, the price was definitely affordable. The parking situation was a bit tricky with tight spaces between two column walls. The carpark lacked signs on the exits and ramp to second floor, but still manageable. The room itself was basic. There were a lot of stains on the sofa, but considering the price and the inclusion of two double beds, it worked for me. The location was strategic, situated in between Mount Austin, Toppen, and Johor Jaya, making it convenient for exploring different areas in one trip.

Manage to book this at the very last minute. The host is accomodating and assisted with all our enquiry for check-in. The appartment is nearby nice restaurant such as Anisofea Asam Pedas & Chinese Muslim stall that sells super nice kuat teow basah, AEON and KSL. The facilities such as the gym, swimming pool and confusing carpark is a little run down. When we enter the room, the floor is a little sticky and there was a musty odour. The room comes with free wi-fi, washing machine, fridge, water heater, air conditioner placed in all the rooms including living room.

Location is ok if you drive. Otherwise have to grab around. Walking out not advisable esp at night. Facilities and building wise, quite run down. Maintenance needed for most of the things. The place I booked feels like no one stayed for a long time. Cleanliness wise 0 star as I caught 3 baby cockroaches and found some ants and spiders in the room. Will not stay here again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
