I had some great experiences there. - The rooms were top-notch, spacious, luminous, with marble. Good insulation. - The concierge gave us some valuable tips, but I didn't enjoy the service at the bar as much. - The location is central, with good transport connections, and there are excellent restaurants nearby.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this exceptional hotel, and it exceeded all my expectations. The room was not only impeccably clean but also tastefully decorated, with every amenity one could desire. What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is its outstanding service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable. The hotel's location was also ideal, offering easy access to local attractions and dining options. I can confidently say that my stay here was nothing short of exceptional, and I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel was absolutely incredible. We only had one night in Napoli and I’m glad we were able to spend it here. We got a complimentary upgrade to a suite, and even took advantage of their spa (jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, etc.). Lucia at the front desk helped us coordinate our airport transport and gave us great recommendations for authentic pizza in the area. Check in and check out was seamless. I would definitely stay there next time I’m in Naples!

Once inside the hotel, everything was great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was sufficient and cleanliness was average. We did not opt for breakfast to be included on our booking however it was still available for €15 per person, a bit overpriced for the offering, but there didn't seem to be any walkable options for breakfast. The area around the hotel unfortunately left us feeling unsafe and discouraged us from walking, if we could help it. This is a convenient location to the airport, port and train station though for catching connecting travel arrangements.

Two stars because this hotel IS NOT WORTH THE PRICE. We stayed in way cooler palaces-turned-hotel in Naples for cheaper. From walking in you go through a basic lobby and to an elevator to your room. It’s not a ‘cool old palace’ vibe at all. The hallway to our room had old carpet and the room was TINY for the price of 250€/night we paid. Safety wise - the location is in a neighborhood where people live and work. It’s not touristy, this is the real Naples. We loved it. There was the best pizza we had on the entire trip a 2 minute walk away. We ate five pizzas in our 3 night stay. The only saving grace of this place. Wince to think I paid almost 900€ for a tiny queen bed room in a tiny room. The service of asking for a taxi and getting one in minutes when the apps weren’t working we’re great and a fair price. Service was excellent, staff was amazing! Just not worth the price for tiny rooms in a basic feeling hotel.
