The most horrible experience! From the first step, the receptionist “welcomed” us by shouting. That lady has no manners and she treated us awful. After that “warm” welcome, we had a surprise in the room. Unfortunately, the apartment doesn’t match the online photos and smells bad. Besides the funky smell in the room, the cleaning was done superficially. Don’t be surprised when you find out the breakfast is one croissant and one toast with one slice of ham. We liked it so much that we left one day before. Never again.

If only one word can describe this place, that one is: terrible. Beginning with the front desk staff and their not existing emphaty and client service, moving forward with an awful smell in the room, not cleaned bed sheets, non existing front desk during the night, closed elevator during the night and the list can continue. If you wish to have a good journey and enjoy the beautiful Florence you have to avoid this place. The second day in the morning, the breakfast was served at a bar nearby where the waiters are not serving the guests, you have to take the plates by yourself (the plates which means 1 old croissant and 1 cup of coffee), disgusting. After this terrible experience, all we had to do was to leave earlier, after the first horror night. Avoid this hotel!

One of the worst exp. of my 2 weeks trip - Wifi info not available in room - Limited breakfast means no buffet, you can get only fixed meal pre selected by hotel. Each extra you have to pay with cover charges...these are hidden cost - No key to the toilet - Extra sofa cum bed is noisy andcannot be used for sleeping Clear no go for families with kids and old people.

After reading the reviews for this hotel I was extremely apprehensive about our upcoming stay , however was pleasantly surprised upon our arrival. We stayed in the Palazzo dei Ciompi for 5 nights and had a great experience. First we checked in which was relatively simple and given keys to the room. The room was clean and spacious, with a small kitchen area that included 4 hobs, a microwave, dishwasher , fridge and a toaster. The location was excellent with everything being in walking distance from the hotel. Overall the price for our stay was amazing and when looking at the quality of what we got for our money we were very impressed. We hope to stay again in the future.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
