I cannot give a higher recommendation for this hotel. The staff were phenomenal - friendly, helpful, accommodating! It was an easy walk to whatever you need including the port to catch a boat/tour to Capri and of Positano. The room was beautiful and very nicely appointed. Breakfast was bountiful! If we ever get back to Sorrento (and I hope we do), we will stay here again. If you’re looking for a great place to stay this is it!

We stayed here during our visit to Sorrento and had such a great experience here. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious, and we really enjoyed having the private balcony our room came with. You can pretty much get anywhere in town within a 5-10 min walk which made stopping by the room in between activities very easy. We would highly recommend this hotel!

This place is wonderful. The rooms are beautiful and well kept. The location is perfect. The larger rooms are very spacious, so I’d recommend paying a little extra for a larger room. This is our second time here. The staff truly cares about the guests. The first time we stayed here we had a problem with something and the owner met with us and worked so hard to make it better, we decided to return again. This time, we needed really our laundry washed and the nearby laundromat was closed due to a holiday - so the staff took two loads of our laundry in their personal car to a laundromat 2KM away and had it washed for us. I’m not even sure a five star resort would have done that.

The room was spacious and clean and decorated very tastefully. The shower was tall enough for my 6’4” boyfriend which is impressive to say the least, and the bathroom included nice size tub. The mini bar prices were a deal to be honest (3€ beer 4€ shooter). Anna at the front desk was wonderful and welcoming, the customer service we received here was one of the best we’ve ever experienced. The breakfast was varied with sweet and savory options. The location was perfect, right down the street from a few cafes and shops and a less than 10 minute walk from the train station and the ferry station. All in all a beautiful stay that made our time in Sorrento wonderful

The rooms are large and attractive. The staff could not be nicer or more helpful. Breakfast includes fruit, yogurt, pastries, breads, meats, cheese, eggs cooked to order, and more. The location, however, is at the intersection of two tourist streets and is noisy. Sleeping with the windows open is not possible. Restaurant foot-traffic is a problem in the evening and then the trash is picked up at 0200 some mornings. Bells at the nearby church ring at 0709 (not unpleasant, but not something you can ignore). Vespas zoom around the narrow streets. The air conditioning works brilliantly, though, so if you like to keep your windows closed you'll generally be fine. I'd pack some earplugs, too, though.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
