Fabulous B&B. Rooms spacious and cleaned ever day. Really feels authentic in terms of the furniture and the building itself as it was once a Palace is awesome . Breakfast was good enough ,basic and typical continental breakfast, no hot food, but the service was poor , eg ran out of plates, hot water spoons etc, seems like the staff couldn't keep up with replenishing quick enough and had to ask them. Otherwise a perfect B&B! Location is great and very close to all the main places to visit. Definitely will come back again and highly recommended.

Rooftop breakfast with the best views of the city Liked · The rooftop view is enough to warrant a stay here. Only on the 4th storey but excellent 360 view of central Florence, and a direct view of the Dumo Cathedral which dominates the city's skyline. You can sit up here to take the excellent breakfast that's provided with your stay. The room was a good size, quaint yet functioned well. Staff - reception and cleaning crew - were helpful. Disliked · If you drive, parking at a nearby garage is expensive. It was 25 euros, which is already a discounted rate for staying at the hotel. The parking garage attendant changed our headlight settings from auto to manual and that caused us problems at our next stop. We didn't realise he had changed the settings and so parked our car in the next city leaving the lights on the whole night. Flat battery the next morning was an obvious headache. Nothing to do with the hotel, but if you drive, be warned.

Our stay was perfect! The view from our room was absolutely amazing. The terrace truly felt like one of the best spots to view the city as well. My wife has celiac and the staff were able to provide some gluten-free options for breakfast, which was really nice. I don't think we could have found a better spot, thank you!! Edit: Also, I will contradict what some people seem to be saying about the air conditioning! The A/C in our room was excellent and cooled down the room very quickly, even though it was really hot during our stay in the city.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
