The staff paid attention to the details. Tiziana realised we were on honeymoon and prepared a surprise for us. Additionally, she clarified all our questions, gave us tips, and even sold bus tickets for us. Regarding the hotel itself, loved the decoration, the room was extremely clean, the heater was working fine and the bathroom was good. I'd say the location isn't the best because it's a bit far from the main tourist attractions. However, it wasn't a problem at all because we could catch the bus or walk a reasonable distance (3 km)

The place is really gorgeous. It's pretty much a mansion with a lot of private rooms. Don't expect an actual hotel with this stay. However, the room was clean and the staff was incredibly friendly. Had everything we needed to be comfortable. It is close enough to downtown to jump on three bus lines that'll take you down to San Marco plaza. Not to mention, there's a lot of restaurants in the vicinity! Will definitely come back for another stay!

It's a great place, near the historic city center (25 minutes walk or 10 minutes bus), but above all the hostess is very kind and makes you feel at home. The palace lives up to it's name, it's gorgeous and spacious. It's also kept super clean at all times. There is a snack bar with a coffee machine available at any hour. I'd definitely recommend it for à vacation to visit Florence.

It is a decent hotel with well managed good amenities. The rooms are clean and they have beutiful interiors. The ambiance if the hotel is in sync with the history of Florence where we can see sculptures and furniture making special impact. The front desk is not full time but they make arrangements for check in at any time. Breakfast is not served which probably makes the limitation along with the problem of climbing a few steps from ground to lobby with luggage in had

Firstly please note that this is not a hotel but more of a guest house. I am looking to provide a review/information that will give true details about the place as supposed to just my experience. The place itself is great, the rooms are great and keep to the old look and feel of Florence. The building overall has the rich Florence culture and was great to stay in. The rooms are well kept and serviced everyday. In regards to the location, it is very far from the city centre however literally next to Florence's football stadium. So depend's on what type of visit you are looking to do. That said, if you are looking somewhere affordable and/or away from the city centre due to the noise/crowds then this is a place to keep in mind. You can walk 5 minutes to the train station and take the overground train into central Florence (1 stop, about 10 minutes), however this is an overground service and therefore trains are not as frequent and after a long day walking around the city it can feel very long to take an overground train back to your room (especially if it's dark and late). Taxi''s are obviously an option, but when you weigh up the cost of taking a taxi back and forth from the city centre you might have just considered a hotel in the city. Another thing to keep in mind, during my stay, they only had a fix/set time for the reception to be managed (which was 9am-6pm). Therefore if you need someone after 6pm or before 9am there is an emergency number to call. This is all dependent on your needs, for example in case you have someone elderly and needs support after 6pm or early morning, this would be on you to sort out or call the emergency number to arrange. Not having a reception managed all the time can have its difficulties, for example, if you ever need a taxi in short notice the place will be unable to help, if you need to checkout before 9am for flight or other reasons, there is no way to do this. This place does not serve any kind of food, however they have complimentary tea and coffee available at all times in a shared lounge area (shared by all guests).

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
