One of the best places and friendly places that me and my girlfriend visited this year! We stayed 2 days. The staff is so helpful and super kind ! We are looking forward next time to visit Matera again !

Amazing place, and amazing people. We had an outstanding treat. Hosts treated us like family and helped us with the tours to get around the city. Besides the accommodation is awesome. Everything is remodeled and looks brand new. Definitely reccomend.

Beautiful place, perfect location for visiting Matera, close to the car park and within walking distance of the main tourist attractions. Upon arrival we were briefed and directed to the main things to see in Matera. They were also very kind in finding me a hairdresser. The only flaw is that breakfast is consumed at the nearby bar (also very nice), but if you need to leave before 8:00 the bar is closed and you lose the breakfast you have already paid for.

We stayed just one night to visit Matera, finding a strategic location as a starting point for visiting the Sassi. The design is taken care of down to the smallest detail, you are inside a historic building of which many stylistic and furnishing elements have been maintained. We were welcomed by Pasquale who very cordially was able to provide us with information on routes, places of interest and restaurants. A note of merit also goes to the cleanliness, truly impeccable with small touches that catch the eye and are deeply appreciated. Highly recommended, we will definitely return.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
