We stayed for 9 days recently and had an excellent experience. You cannot beat the location! Highly recommend to anyone new to Rome as we were. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly, the breakfast was delicious everyday, and our room was perfectly cleaned and immaculate anytime we went out. Also, the staff gave us excellent restaurant recomendations. I read a lot of these reviews before I booked, and have to say they undersell it a lot. I had a lot of apprehension but my wife and I really were pleased. I'm not a mole, dupe, or being paid to say this. The price was maybe a little more than some others, but we got an open suite King since we were there so long. You get what you pay for! Don't hesitate to stay at the Palazzo Navona!

Great location. Excellent service. Good rooms though we struggled with the air con a bit (too cold at times) and the location means it is a bit noisy. The breakfast is average for this class of hotel.Nevertheless a good place to stay when visiting Rome. It has a terrace but we never got around to visiting it. The nearby Piazza Navona is beautiful. I should add that the lift was not always working which was not a problem for us on the first floor but might be an issue if you are on higher floors.

We had to make a last minute booking here due to our previous hotel having an issue with our room. The staff were so accomodating and friendly. The breakfast was large and delicious. The room was very comfortable, although I wish the bathroom was more private. The rooftop bar was a lovely hidden gem. I believe it is slightly overpriced but it did feel like a 5 star hotel, I wish we could have stayed longer.

Third time staying here and we are always happy with everything! They left us complimentary Prosecco and cookies to welcome us back. The hotel location is amazing, all the team members are friendly and helpful, the open suite is the best room and has a terrace even though they have an amazing rooftop bar as well with a view. Housekeeping is immaculate. If you’re looking trust me, I travel a lot, this is where you’ll be comfortable and happy!

Our first time in Rome, and thankfully we found this amazing hotel. After literally months of reading reviews before we booked, I chose this one because of all the positive reviews. I read so many with horrible staff, bad locations, dirty rooms, or not feeling safe. Well rest assured, this hotel had it all. I think one of the best locations in Rome for all walking. An amazing staff that goes above and beyond. Such clean rooms and ICE cold air conditioning. I look forward to returning to Rome and will definitely book here when we come back. Thank you to all the staff. Oh, and the food is also great too. Ciao

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
