        This is one of the worst hotels I've ever seen in three continents. The bed was not clean (I felt bed bugs), the bathroom is really really small. The worst component is the customer service representatives who are not helpful or empathetic. This completely shattered my vacation experience

        I booked through booking. They sent me a message to contact them via whatsapp so I could enter the room. I called but no one answered. I waited for an hour or so, nobody answered. when I canceled the reservation, they only replied to me then and did not refund my money. scammers and non professional cheaters!!!!

        DO NOT STAY HERE! Stray away it is old and dingy… it feels like a dungeon and I was nervous for my safety. The rooms are not the ones in the pictures. The bed was so uncomfortable and cheap I didn’t even want to sleep in it. I came to Florence with a friend and decided the best option after seeing a comment from the month before stating they had found bed bugs was to stay up all night and catch the first train out of Florence I could get at 5:45am.

        I chose to stay here because of the location, close to the center and train station. Was ok knowing about shared toliet and such but..... I ended up with less than 2 hours of sleep because the room was superwarm, no AC or fan and the window was straight out on to the main road with at that part is completely covered in cobblestone. Why the heck the staff doesnt install fans or even table fans is a mystery. Book a night here if you hate sleep, comfort and life itself, should be renamed to Fritzels dungeon when you look at the lock to my room

        Horrible experience. Rooms are not the same ones they show you in booking. They just have one "renovated" room but then they sell that room for all other old rooms. We even found BEDBUGS in our bed! It is cheap and thats it. I would not recommend it at all! Run away, my worst experience.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
