        My wife and I recently stayed at this hotel and her jewelry was stolen from our room. Yes we were robbed. Not something one expects from a hotel of this caliber. Thank god we have our own insurance and everything was resolved. Ironically Madonna stayed at this hotel the same week. I bet if her jewelry was stolen the hotel would have reacted in a more professional manner.

        A few weeks ago i stayed in a suite for one night as a nice night with my significant other. I paid around 4k for one night. I was kept up for around 3 hours killing mosquitos in the room. I found a total of 10+ mosquitos, some dead from days ago some very much alive. Me and my GF received around 20 total bites and the hotel responded by bringing up mosquito deterrent devices and giving me a 500 dollar discount on the room.... not the idea of service at this type of hotel, especially for the price i paid for one night. See the photos, i can't make this stuff up.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
