This is one of the nicest museums I’ve visited in a long time, it has a very large collection on display. Which is very well preserved and organized. It has lot so amazing antiques, artworks, porcelain, ivory carvings and much more. It was lots of fun and very interesting. It’s very educational and interesting, I really enjoyed my time here and I would definitely recommend citing this message with family or friends.

Wow...what a wonderful place! The huge palace delights with the richness interiors, you will find here paintings and sculptures created by the best artists, the phenomenal rooms of the palace are very well cared for. You definitely have to visit this place in Florence!

Among the most beautiful palaces I have visited in my life! Clean and tidy, an amazing museum that shows you the treasures room, a breath-taking rooms of art with decorated walls and beautiful marble. The garden is well maintained and a beauty to the eye. Definitely worth visiting when visiting Firenze!

I would recommend it 100%. We went on low season and got the 5day ticket that covered the Palazzo Pitti, Uffizi Gallery and the boboli gardens for 18€ each. There was barely no line and It was great. We enjoyed the garden soooo much. Gallery Uffizi takes like 4 hours to be covered. It's totally worth it if you do enjoy art and artistry. For the gardens you can walk them, maybe take the sun, picnic and remember to visit the fountains and take a view from the abundance statue that allows you to watch the duomo, the tower of the chiesa Della Signora and the signagoge domes.

Garden is beautiful and well looked at. I would recommend going on a sunny day, to enjoy it better. Inside the palace is an impressive collection of art, but not the best lighting:( Most of the times is hard to look at paintings, it can get really annoying.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
